All of the following reports are presented based on data supplied by the Vermont Real Estate Information Network (VREIN), Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) or their Multiple Listing Systems (MLSs). Neither the Associations nor their MLSs guarantee or are in any way responsible for their accuracy. Average Price - Listed and Sold**
	This graph reflects the average price (in $1,000) of residential properties listed (the green line) for $1,000,000+ in all counties of the VREIN system and all of the average sale prices of those sold (the red line). The dates shown span from 1/07 to 3/08. The numbers indicate the average price.

Average Price per Square Foot**
	This graph shows the average price per square foot of residential properties listed for $1,000,000+ in all counties of VREIN. The range is from $246 per square foot to $666 per square foot. Please note that this amount is obtained by dividing the square footage of the residence by the sale price, consequently, the acreage price is reflected as part of the square footage. This spans the timeframe of 2/07 to 4/08.

Sold Price versus List Price and Average Days on Market**
	This data is from VREIN and reflects the inventory of residences of all VREIN county properties listed at $1,000,000+. The pink columns represent the average number of days on the market. This reflects the time period 2/07 to 4/08. This data may be inaccurate because some of the properties are withdrawn for brief periods and/or they are re-listed with different listing numbers. The blue line indicates the ratio between the sold price and the listed price. This ratio ranges from 87% to 100%.

Average Price - Listed and Sold*
	This graph reflects the average price (in $1,000) of residential properties listed (the green line) for $1,000,000+ in all counties of the NNEREN system and all of the average sale prices of those sold (the red line). The dates shown span from 1/07 to 3/08. The numbers indicate the average price.

Average Price per Square Foot*
	This graph shows the average price per square foot of residential properties listed for $1,000,000+ in all counties of NNEREN. The range is from $313 per square foot to $502 per square foot. Please note that this amount is obtained by dividing the square footage of the residence by the sale price, consequently, the acreage price is reflected as part of the square footage. This spans the timeframe of 1/07 to 3/08.

Monthly Inventory*
	This graph is based on the number of months of inventory of residences in all NNEREN counties combined. The list prices are $1,000,000+. The graph gives an indication of market absorption rate, based on sales in the past.

For Sale versus Sold Properties*
	This graph displays properties listed for $1,000,000+ in all NNEREN counties combined. It shows in the pale green columns the number of properties on the market at a given time and it shows by dark green triangles, the number of properties sold during a given time. The red line and those corresponding numbers reflect the properties under deposit ("pending").

Sold vs List price and Average Market Time*
	This data is from NNEREN and reflects the inventory of residences of all NNEREN New Hampshire properties listed at $1,000,000+. The pink columns represent the average number of days on the market. This reflects the time period 2/07 to 4/08. This data may be inaccurate because some of the properties are withdrawn for brief periods and/or they are re-listed with different listing numbers. The blue line indicates the ratio between the sold price and the listed price. This ratio ranges from 86% to 95%. For example, if a property is listed for $1,000,000, at a ratio of 86%, the sale price is $860,000. If a property is listed for $2,000,000 and sells for 95% of the listed price, the sale price is: $1,900,000

Months of Inventory - Absorption Rates*
	This graph is based on the number of months of inventory of residences in all VREIN counties combined. The list prices are $1,000,000+. The graph gives an indication of market absorption rate, based on sales in the past.
